Company, and newly installed president of the Both associations
realize the need to increase their respective
memberships. In an effort to accomplish this State and
Charlotte would benefit from the relationship as it
would serve to funnel members to both
organizations. Nevertheless, all
realize that "forcing" companies to join the
State/National federation might result in hard
feelings, In an effort to
alleviate that pressure, State/National proposes
that all existing Charlotte members immediately Charlotte will be
allowed to pay a full year's dues for one half of
their membership by December 31, 2005. The next quarter
of Charlotte's membership will remit dues by
December 31, 2006. The final quarter
will remit dues before December 31, 2007, thereby
becoming a fully federated PHCC chapter. It is possible
that a quarterly payment schedule might be
available. All new members
would be required to join all three
organizations/federation levels immediately. As
mentioned If, as of 1/1/08,
not all of the Charlotte members were members at
all three levels (Charlotte/StateNational), Between now and
12/31/07, State and National would have to prove
their worth to those in the Charlotte group State and National
intend to do that by effectively communicating the
numerous benefits that these organizations
provide: NCAPHCC -
State PHCC-NA -
